As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants who want greater autonomy, progression opportunities, and the chance to play a key role in building a high-performing business.
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter looking to further develop their market, increase their earnings, and progress into leadership. You’ll take ownership of your desk, manage client relationships, drive business development activity, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions across your market.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Developing new business opportunities within your specialist market
- Managing multiple live processes and delivering high-quality service levels
- Negotiating offers and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team success
- Identifying market trends and opportunities for growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous 360 experience in agency recruitment (ideally within infrastructure, renewable energy, trading, or power markets)
- Proven billing and business development experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to winning business
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude with leadership potential
