We’re focused on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. We’re now looking for experienced Principal or Managing Consultants to help drive the next stage of growth within the business.

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter and market specialist to take ownership of a high-performing desk while contributing strategically to team growth, client development, and business performance. You’ll play a key role in shaping markets, mentoring consultants, and helping scale the wider business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and developing a high-performing recruitment desk
  • Driving business development strategy and winning new client partnerships
  • Managing and growing key accounts within your specialist market
  • Delivering senior-level recruitment solutions across contract or permanent markets
  • Mentoring and developing junior and mid-level consultants (managing consultant)
  • Supporting team performance, culture, and growth initiatives
  • Identifying market expansion opportunities and contributing to business strategy
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong track record of success within agency recruitment within renewables, power, infrastructure, construction, data center, or trading (energy, power, commodities)
  • Consistent billing history and proven business development capability
  • Experience managing key client relationships and complex recruitment processes
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • Commercially driven with strong market knowledge
  • Ambitious mindset with the ability to influence and lead
  • Desire to play a significant role in a growing business
