Pangea is currently working with a major international energy producer/trader looking to hire a Junior Originator to join their team in London.
As a Junior Originator you will be a part of the Gas origination team, providing support in the management and delivery of supply contracts, including EFETs, GSAs, and tenders, as well as booking of required transport capacity, and will be dealing with external parties, such as counterparts and TSOs, as well as internal stakeholders, such as trading, credit, and legal, ensuring that processes are managed properly, entries are made into systems, and invoicing is done correctly, etc.
Ideally, you will come with 2-5 years of experience within energy, and an understanding of contracts, such as EFETs and GSAs, as well as systems such as ETRM, and Power BI would be preferred. Attention to detail\u00ais important for this role.
The role comes with a competitive package and flexible working (3 days in the office with additional flexi days offered).
This is an ideal opportunity for somebody currently working within back office, middle office, or operations who is looking for the opportunity to progress into more of a front-facing commercial role within energy within origination.
