Investment Associate - Digital Infrastructure Private Equity Fund

Our client is one of the most reputable global private equity firms specialised in investing into the digital infrastructure sector, who are continuing to expand their London investment team and are looking for an Investment Associate to work across both their new investments as well as their existing portfolio in Europe. THE ROLE Acting as a member of the investment team, taking a key role in researching and analysing new investments Leading execution workstreams (financial analysis and modelling, due diligence, preparation of investment committee materials) will be a key part of the role, including interacting with target company management teams, investment banks, due diligence advisors, potential partners and other external counterparties Preparation of materials to be presented to their Investment Committee, summarising the key highlights, financials, risks and opportunities identified through due diligence Involvement in oversight of portfolio companies, including working with portfolio company management teams to drive growth and manage risks to ensure successful investment outcomes Working in an entrepreneurial, diligent and collaborative manner within the team THE CANDIDATE 2-5 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, telecom operator other telecom focused roles Excellent academic record from a leading university, ideally with a degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, maths, sciences or another quantitative field Demonstrated ability to evaluate and execute transactions Leadership, adaptability, initiative, strong work ethic and ability to present your opinion Strong numerical, interpersonal and communications skills and attention to detail Fluency in European language(s) well regarded If you are a strong fit for this position and would like to be considered, then please apply within or contact me directly – kiera.oreilly@pangea-ts.com.
