We are recruiting for a Field Sales Business Development role within a company that offers a wide range of business technology services, including Fire & Security (CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Fire Systems), Telecoms (Telephone Systems, Connectivity & Mobile), Managed Print Services (Photocopiers, Printers, Scanners), and IT (services provision and support).

Responsibilities include:

  • Sell specialist products or services to the existing customer base, e.g., transitioning managed print/procurement customers to other solutions.
  • Develop new business and grow existing accounts across Central Scotland, covering multiple product lines and revenue streams.
  • Identify, pursue, arrange meetings with brand‑new prospects and close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent communication, self‑motivation, and a full driving licence.

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE plus high uncapped OTE. Top performers can earn double this amount through bonus earnings. Additional car allowance or company car is included.
