About the role
As a Store Assistant, you are the face of PANGAIA and an ambassador of our brand values within our concession at Selfridges, London.
You create meaningful connections with customers, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and inspired.
Through exceptional service, product knowledge, and attention to detail, you help deliver an elevated in-store experience while contributing to the success of the store.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will support daily operations, maintain high visual and service standards, and play an active role in achieving sales goals.

- Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory activities

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or premium customer service environments
- Strong customer-first mindset and genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly

- Team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others
