About the role: We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our PR and Marketing teams. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), with occasional flexibility required for events and gifting activations. The successful candidate must be London-based and able to work from our London office situated next to Holborn station, once or twice a week. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability, fashion, and culture - with strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a collaborative mindset. In this role you will be key in supporting global campaigns, influencer seeding, media relations, event planning and reporting, helping to build cultural awareness and visibility for the brand.
Please note some flexibility around working hours is required for occasional events, gifting activations or time-sensitive campaign moments.
Responsibilities
- General Support - PR & Communications
- Assist the Communications and Marketing teams across daily operations
- Maintain and update key tools, trackers and contact databases (media, talent, stylists, influencers)
- Support the planning and coordination of the marketing and communications calendar, including product launches and campaigns
- Conduct research on digital talent, cultural trends and competitor activity
- Sample & Seeding Logistics
- Manage global sample send-outs, returns and tracking for media, stylists and talent
- Coordinate influencer and editorial gifting initiatives and seeding campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external agencies
- Schedule and track all couriers and international shipments
- Manage sample inventory and keep lookbooks and product documentation up to date
- Influencer & Media Relations
- Support with the delivery of assets and product to talent, stylists and content creators
- Respond to influencer and editor requests, sharing product, information and assets in a timely manner
- Help maintain and update global press, talent and influencer lists
- Reporting & Admin Support
- Track and log global press coverage, VIP placements and influencer content
- Contribute to monthly coverage and performance reports
- Support evaluation of events, gifting and campaigns with key takeaways
- Provide daily administrative support, including preparing agendas and meeting notes, raising POs, tracking budgets and processing invoices related to marketing and communications activities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a relevant marketing and/or PR role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Prior experience or internships in press or marketing or related roles is a plus
