About the role
Working closely with the Content Manager and cross‐functional teams, you will create clear, engaging and persuasive editorial content that brings our brand, impact and material science stories to life. You will play a key role in shaping our editorial voice — translating complex ideas into accessible, compelling narratives that drive brand awareness, engagement and business KPIs. You will also use data and insights to continuously refine and improve content performance.
A day in the life
- Maintain the lifecycle of the editorial section of our website, acting as its custodian
- Write and plan clear, engaging and persuasive copy in our defined tone of voice
- Deliver content for editorial stories, brand campaigns and special projects
- Translate complex topics into concise and impactful storytelling
- Contribute to the evolution of the editorial platform and content strategy
- Use data and KPIs to inform and improve content performance
- Brainstorm storytelling ideas that drive traffic and engagement
Requirements
- 6+ years of copywriting experience (ideally in‐house or at an agency)
- Experience in sustainability is essential
- Strong ability to translate sustainability, product and science topics into clear, engaging copy
- Good understanding of the digital editorial ecosystem, customer journey and performance metrics
- Experience using LLM tools to support copywriting, with the ability to guide and refine outputs in line with tone of voice
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail
- Self‐starter, able to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams

- Ability to write with an understanding of intersectionality
- Experience writing about technical products
- Understanding of skincare
