About the role As Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and expressing the PANGAIA brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, clarity and cultural relevance. Working closely with creative, marketing and product teams, you will translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns, collaborations, events and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong brand identity while continuously evolving how PANGAIA shows up in the world. This role is both strategic and highly hands-on, requiring strong experience in fashion brand environments, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and a strong network within the creative and production industries.
A day in the life:
- Support the development and execution of seasonal brand and campaign strategies
- Ensure consistent expression of the brand across all marketing and creative touchpoints
- Lead coordination of campaign production, including photoshoots and content production
- Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, stylists, agencies, creators and external partners to bring campaigns to life
- Support planning and execution of brand events, activations and collaborations
- Manage product seeding initiatives and relationships with content creators, influencers and brand partners
- Identify and build meaningful collaboration opportunities aligned with the brand vision
- Manage timelines, budgets and production workflows for brand projects
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual and narrative executions
- Ensure all brand outputs align with tone, aesthetics and sustainability values
- Monitor brand consistency across channels and proactively identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in brand management or similar role within fashion premium brands
- Strong experience working on campaign production, photoshoots, events and brand activations from concept to execution
- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into visual storytelling and campaign execution
- Experience managing collaborations, seeding initiatives and creator/influencer relationships
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
- Strong understanding of fashion, luxury or premium brand environments and their cultural context
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex production timelines
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance creative vision with operational execution
