Duties/Responsibilities
Unpacking and decanting ingredients for use in production, ensuring correct traceability codes are recorded.
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment and participate in supporting the process supervisor in hygiene schedules and waste management.
Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Monitor product quality and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks, working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including adherence to PPE guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices would be ideal.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
