About Panels by Sofia
Panels by Sofia is a fast-growing ecommerce brand specialising in decorative wall panels and home improvement products. We design, manufacture and sell premium wall panels directly to consumers across the UK and Europe.
We're looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to work across ecommerce, email marketing, social media, influencer marketing, SEO and content creation.
The Role
You'll support the day-to-day running of our ecommerce business while helping to grow our online presence across multiple marketing channels.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll play an important role in launching new products, creating engaging content and helping us drive online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce
- Create and launch new products on our Shopify website
- Optimise existing product pages with engaging copy and imagery
- Create new collections for SEO and site navigation
- Ensure product information is accurate and up to date
- Support merchandising and website improvements
- Conversion rate optimisation - carrying out test to improve performance
Email Marketing & CRM
- Create engaging email campaigns that convert
- Build and optimise automated email flows
- Segment audiences and personalise campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and identify improvements
- Help develop promotional calendars
Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Plan and schedule social media content
- Liaise with influencers and content creators
- Coordinate gifting campaigns and partnerships
- Source and repurpose user-generated content
- Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas
Content & SEO
- Write blog articles that improve SEO and inspire customers
- Optimise website copy using keyword research
- Support on-page SEO improvements
- Assist with internal linking and content updates
- Help improve organic search visibility
- Photography & AI image generation
Digital Marketing Support
- Campaign planning – helping plan seasonal campaigns such as Black Friday, Summer Sale and new product launches.
- Analyse website and campaign performance using GA4 and Shopify
- Produce reports and marketing insights
- Support paid media with new creative assets where required
- Help test new marketing ideas to improve conversion rates
- Competitor research – monitoring competitors, pricing and trends
About You
You'll ideally have:
- 1-3 years' experience in a marketing or ecommerce role
- Excellent written English and copywriting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A creative eye for content and design
- Good organisation and time management
- Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously
- An interest in home interiors, ecommerce or design
