What is an Event Manager/Customer Success Manager This is an integral role at Panelle and you will be responsible for managing our entire event portfolio. You will work with some of the largest tech companies in the world, supporting them throughout their partnership with us. As well as being the main point of contact for all our partners, you’ll also support our growing community of women executives. You’ll be seen as a trusted advisor to our external stakeholders but equally, a central liaison between internal teams and provide support and advice to colleagues. You’ll be essential to ensuring the efficient running of event operations. You’ll do this by appropriately diarising new campaigns, preparing all necessary campaign materials, providing clear and concise communications and taking care of administrative tasks for each campaign. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of our full events programme, taking ownership for the smooth delivery of each campaign while upholding our mission statements through all communications. What will my day to day look like? Work directly with clients to deliver tailored campaigns aligned to their business goals Provide regular phone and email communications with partners to support them in every stage of their journey with us Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to encourage continuation of partnerships Work closely with senior leadership, content and our community building teams to execute our programme of virtual roundtable events. This will include initial briefings for new campaigns and planning regular check-ins with team members to check on progress Take care of all event operations – booking events, sending calendar invitations, building landing pages and other promotional materials, and executing relevant admin tasks in a timely manner Assure all-around consistency for textual styles, pictures, fonts and tones in content and adhere to brand guidelines at all times Keep our CRM and other data systems up to date with accurate information Setting deadlines for yourself, partners and teams to make sure campaigns are delivered on time To apply for this job, please email our Chief of Staff, Jemma Charles at jemma@panelle.com with a copy of your CV, explaining why you are passionate about being part of the Panelle journey!
