As a Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on retail operations, coach and inspire a high performing team to beat their targets and deliver a world-class customer experience. Responsibilities
- Sales floor: Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to beat these KPIs; drive exceptional service through role-modelling our selling ceremony; perform store walks; monitor sales performance and take actions to support team success; handle serious complaints escalated with professionalism and care.
- Personal sales: Build the bond between our brand and customers, answer queries, provide exemplary service and adapt your approach to individuals’ personalities and needs; use deep product knowledge and storytelling to create personal, unforgettable experiences and to inspire love for Pandora’s sustainability, design and craftsmanship; achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity.
- Store operations: Act as key holder for the store and ensure the relevant opening/closing procedures are carried out; cashing up and reconciling till systems; assist with administrative duties including recruitment and investigations/disciplinary hearings if required; assist with product and POS deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces; operate the till system, handle financial transactions including returns and exchanges, and manage escalations from the wider team; follow company security policies to keep the team and customers safe.
The Successful Candidate
Our supervisors are the ambassadors of the Pandora brand. The ideal candidate will be a highly capable individual and a passionate team player who will confidently support their team to provide an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience. Prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred.
