Competitive pay: £13.86 per hour. 32 hours per week. Permanent position. Working days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee the busy sales floor, motivate and coach your team of sales assistants to unlock their full sales potential and ensure customers enjoy a personalised, meaningful shopping experience. You’ll champion our brand values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver and take ownership of daily store operations. The role involves working in a fast-paced, retail environment and leading by example with personal KPIs and sales targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales floor: Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, motivate the team to beat them; drive exceptional service through role-modeling the selling ceremony and KPIs; perform store walks and contribute to visual merchandising; monitor sales performance and take actions to support team success; handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism.
  • Personal sales: Build relationships with customers, provide exemplary service, adapt approach to individuals; use product knowledge to create personal experiences and communicate Pandora’s values; achieve and exceed sales targets through selling skills including up-selling, UPT, ATV, conversion, and productivity.
  • Store operations: Act as key holder and manage opening/closing procedures; cashing up and reconciling till systems; assist management with administrative duties including recruitment and investigations/disciplines if required; assist with product and POS deliveries; operate till system and handle returns/exchanges; follow security policies to keep the team and customers safe.

Prior experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred.
