Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant. You will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays. We are looking to cover 8 hours per week on a Fixed-Term Contract – Seasonal Q4. This seasonal contract will end on 04/01/2026. The rate of pay will be £12.60 per hour. The store for this role is Oxford Westgate.

The role
From Driving Sales To Ensuring Smooth Operations, you’ll be our Brand Ambassador who makes the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas; there may be some crossover depending on day-to-day store needs.
Responsibilities
- Sales: Front-of-house excellence; surpass sales targets with effective techniques; personalised connections with customers; master Pandora knowledge to deliver unforgettable experiences.
- Operations: Support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure a strong foundation for excellent customer service; prepare click-and-collect orders; manage deliveries, processing returns, and restocking; wrap gifts, engraving jewellery, and loading gift cards.
Important notes
- Contracts will end on 04/01/2026.
- Must be available to work on key trading days throughout the contract, including weekends and holiday periods. Efforts will be made to distribute days fairly, and you won’t be required to work all listed days.
- Annual leave accrues in line with entitlement; however, no annual leave will be approved during the peak period.
