Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant

Overview

Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant. You will be required to work the following days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.

This is a fixed-term contract for 3 months at £12.60 per hour.

Role

From Driving Sales To Ensuring Smooth Operations, you\’ll be our brand ambassador who helps make the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas; there may be crossover depending on day-to-day store needs.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques.
• Personalised connections: bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needs.
• Product pro: master Pandora knowledge, delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

• Operations: Support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure a strong foundation for excellent customer service.
• Prepare click-and-collect orders for customers.
• Manage deliveries, process returns, and restock shelves with fresh inventory.
• Wrap gifts, engrave jewellery, and load gift cards.

Important notes

• You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of your contract, which will include weekends and peak shopping days. We will distribute these days fairly and you won’t be required to work all of them.
• You will accrue annual leave in line with entitlement; during this busy period, no annual leave will be approved.
