Overview
Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant at Pandora. Fixed-Term Contract – 3 months. 8 hours per week. Rate: £12.60 per hour. Location: Crawley. Contract end date: 04/01/2026.
Responsibilities
Sales: As someone who loves to meet people, you’ll confidently connect with customers, share their stories, and help them find the perfect gifts for their loved ones.
- Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques
- Personalised connections: bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needs
- Product pro: master Pandora knowledge, delivering unforgettable customer experiences
Operations: You’ll support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure a strong foundation for excellent customer service in a busy environment.
- Prepare click-and-collect orders for customers
- Manage deliveries, process returns, and restock shelves with fresh inventory
- Wrap gifts, engraving jewellery, and loading gift cards
There may be some crossover between sales and operations depending on day-to-day store needs.
Important notes
- Contracts will end on 04/01/2026
- You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of the contract, including weekends and peak season days. Efforts will be made to distribute these days fairly.
- Annual leave accrues in line with entitlement; during this period it may be limited due to high seasonal demand.
