Position Title: Sales Assistant

Reports To: Store Manager

Location: Store Based

Our Sales Assistants are our brand ambassadors and the essential link between our products and our customers. Coached by the store management, our Sales Assistants lead the success of the store by influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing their knowledge of the product and brand.

The store teams shape the look, feel, and atmosphere of their store. Our stores are often very busy, so enjoying a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressured sales floor environment is essential. We look for passionate and motivated team players.

We encourage our team members to express their individuality by styling PANDORA jewellery in their own way and sharing these ideas with our customers. A love for our product is vital.

Our store teams must demonstrate the ability to apply our Company values of Pride, Passion, and Performance to their position. They are expected to use these values to help the business reach its vision, in accordance with the strategy.

Responsibilities include:

1. Influence and increase sales in a one-to-one selling environment
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on upselling, UPT, ATV, and productivity
3. Build customer relationships by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting approaches to individual needs
4. Share product knowledge confidently to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience, including information about PANDORA history, production process, values, trends, and best sellers
5. Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and obtaining customer data through e-receipts
6. Assist with product and POS deliveries; unloading and storing items correctly in-store
7. Complete online training modules to develop skills and flourish as a PANDORA team member, with support from the Store Manager
8. Lead by example; coach and train newer team members
9. Represent the brand and store by maintaining a stylish and well-presented appearance
10. Merchandise the store and maintain high standards on the shop floor
11. Operate the till system, handle transactions including returns and exchanges
12. Ensure safety by following company security policies and procedures at all times
