The Head of Visual Merchandising (VM) is responsible for leading the BRIS VM team to leverage and adapt Global VM initiatives to drive business results in their Cluster while building strong partnerships with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing and Network teams & cross-functional partners. This role will help to identify opportunities for process improvement and for training within their Cluster – to uphold the Pandora brand standards through a cohesive blend of creativity & commerciality.

What to expect from the role:
- Creative Campaigns: Partner with other Cluster leaders on strategically leveraging the Global campaign toolkit to best support BRIS initiatives and to drive brand awareness and traffic to the store. Oversee production, including adhering to Procurement processes and ensuring execution is to Global standards. Manage the creative campaign budget, ordering process, logistics and installation for the store, along with any local production needs. Partner with Cluster and Global on all requests for damages, missing collateral and any changes to the creative orders. Ensure the product selected for each creative campaign fixture is following Global guidelines and accounts for any local nuances. Identify opportunities for process improvement at any stage of the creative campaign process. Track the effectiveness of creative campaigns and share with local stakeholders and Global, when applicable.
- Product Presentation & Retail Communication: Ensure Global Product Presentation and Retail Communication guidelines, along with Merchandising strategies are upheld in-store. This includes partnering with the Merchandising & Retail team to identify any product display needs. Partner with local and Retail stakeholders to align on zoning and implement changes by working with the VM and Retail teams. Track the effectiveness of company product initiatives that are highlighted within the product displays and share with local stakeholders and Global, when applicable.
- Retail Activations: For In-Store Events, communicate and partner with local stakeholders on renderings, budget, production, vendor management and implementation. Review business impact and effectiveness of the initiative with Cluster stakeholders and Global, when applicable. For Pop-ups and OOH Activations, support local stakeholders on leveraging Global toolkits to support local initiatives and to drive brand awareness and traffic to the store.
- New Store Openings & Refits: Work with local stakeholders to ensure all VM deliverables are accounted for and completed, in partnership with Global. Action a VM store opening and visit plan. Identify opportunities for process improvement at any point of the new store opening or refit process. Partner with Global if there is an opportunity for VM skillset or knowledge development. Review business impact and effectiveness of the new store opening or refit with local stakeholders and Global.
- Operations: Partner with Global SC&D Training on VM training plans for creative campaigns, product presentation, retail communication and special projects. Implement training plans in partnership with local stakeholders, including Retail Excellence. Manage the VM budget, in partnership with local stakeholders, including plans and forecast. Manage local vendors, including sourcing, onboarding, procurement process (when applicable) and invoice management.
