The Role

The supervisor acts as our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating the sales assistants to drive sales, excel in customer service, and support creating memorable experiences for our customers. Enjoying a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure retail environment is essential. Your daily tasks will include sharing product knowledge, running coaching sessions to unlock sales potential, and ensuring store operations run smoothly. Supervisors will set personal KPIs and sales targets and lead by example.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to meet or exceed them
  • Perform store walks, understand the importance of visual merchandising and commerciality
  • Monitor store sales figures
  • Handle escalated customer complaints
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing exemplary service tailored to individual needs

Store Operations

  • Act as key holder and ensure proper opening/closing procedures
  • Cash up and reconcile tills
  • Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and disciplinary actions
  • Manage product and POS deliveries
  • Handle financial transactions and escalated issues
  • Maintain store security and safety protocols
