The Role
The supervisor is our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating sales assistants to drive sales, excel in customer service, and create memorable experiences for our customers.
You will work in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure retail environment. Your daily duties include sharing product knowledge, running coaching sessions, and ensuring smooth store operations. Supervisors lead by example and will have personal KPIs and sales targets.
What to Expect from the Role
- Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to meet and beat these targets
- Conduct store walks, understand the importance of visual merchandising and commerciality
- Monitor store sales figures
- Handle escalated customer complaints
- Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exemplary service tailored to individual needs
Store Operations
- Act as key holder, ensuring proper opening and closing procedures
- Manage cashing up and till reconciliation
- Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and disciplinary actions
- Support product and POS deliveries, unloading, and storage
- Operate the till, handle transactions, returns, and escalations
- Maintain store security and safety policies
