We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused sales assistant to join our store team. If you enjoy engaging with customers, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and making a lasting impression, Pandora is the place for you.

The role
Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing product and brand knowledge.
Interact with customers on every shift to help create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
What to expect from the role
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
- Build relationships with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring approaches to individual needs and preferences.
- Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
- Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing stock correctly.
- Maintain high shop floor standards through merchandising and environment upkeep.
- Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges.
