The role
Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They influence sales, provide excellent customer service, and share their product and brand knowledge. You will interact with people on every shift to help create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
What to expect from the role
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling; focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value
- Build relationships by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting approaches to individual needs
- Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer experience
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data
- Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storage
- Maintain high store standards through merchandising and environment pride
- Operate the till, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges
