We seek a results-driven, target-focused sales assistant to join our store team. If engaging customers, exceeding sales goals, and leaving a lasting impression excite you, Pandora is the place for you!

The role

Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They drive store success through influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing product and brand knowledge.

You’ll interact with people each shift, helping create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Please note that our airport stores operate throughout the day. Your working hours may include late nights and early mornings, which will be discussed during the interview process.

What to expect from the role

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value
• Build rapport by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach to individual needs
• Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer experience
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and gathering customer data
• Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly
• Maintain high store standards through merchandising and cleanliness
• Operate the till system, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges
