We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused sales assistant to join our store team. If you enjoy engaging with customers, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and leaving a lasting impression, Pandora is the place for you!

The role
Our sales assistants are our brand ambassadors, connecting our products with our customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and sharing their product and brand knowledge.
You’ll interact with people on every shift to help create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
What to expect from the role
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
- Build relationships with customers by answering queries, providing exceptional service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs.
- Confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
- Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly.
- Maintain high store standards through merchandising and tidiness.
- Handle financial transactions accurately using the till system, including returns and exchanges.
