Shropshire Towns & Rural Housing is looking for a proactive Corporate & Executive Services Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our Senior Leadership, Board members and Corporate Services function.

What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate and organise key meetings, including STAR EMT, Committees and Board sessions
- Take minutes with accuracy and confidence
- Manage executive diaries and support senior managers with highâquality admin
- Oversee reports, statutory returns, invoice processing and purchase orders
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, external partners and visitors
- Support events, projects and corporate initiatives across the organisation
- Administer STAR and CDL SharePoint and website content
- Provide adâhoc support to HR, Governance and wider teams
- Handle confidential information with professionalism at all times
