<h1>Summary</h1><p><strong>What you\’ll do</strong></p><p>As a key liaison between the NHG Finance team and external agents, you will provide critical financial insights and analysis to support the PRS business project. Your role will ensure that stakeholders receive accurate and timely information to drive informed decision-making.</p><p><strong>How you\’ll make a difference</strong></p><p>As a member of the Folio Project Team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data shared with internal stakeholders and external agents. You will also ensure that all deliverables meet high standards of quality and reliability.</p><p><strong>How you\’ll do it</strong></p><ul><li>Support data analysis tasks using Excel and internal systems to help review portfolio performance.</li><li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help gather and share insights about how the portfolio is performing over time. </li><li>Partner with the Treasury team to gain a thorough understanding of the portfolio\’s legal structure and securitization framework. </li><li>Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure seamless information exchange. </li><li>Prepare ad-hoc financial and operational reports for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity. </li><li>Perform any other project-related duties as required, contributing to the overall success and delivery of project objectives</li></ul><p><strong>Essential knowledge, experience and skills including qualifications and professional memberships</strong></p><ul><li>Hold a CCAB recognised accounting qualification with supporting CPD.</li><li>Extensive experience of business partnering with non-finance colleagues, providing finance expertise and dealing with commercial challenge</li><li> Experience working within the PRS space in the Private Sector, as well as financial reporting industrystandards</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audience engagement; work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Experience working within a high volume, fast paced service based industry</li><li>Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of D365 and Power BI preferred</li><li>Knowledge of service charge activities and legislation, or relevant experience in Rents / Contract Management is preferred</li><li>Uphold ethical principles including integrity, objectivity, professional competence, confidentiality, and professional behaviour</li></ul><p><strong>What\’s in it for you?</strong></p><p>Once you join us, you\’ll find plenty of opportunities to grow within our organisation.
