As a minimum we\’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.<br><br><b>What you will be doing</b><br><ul><li>Leadership of the Non-Conformance Authority (NCA) engineering staff, delivering engineering dispositioning of Non-Conformance including Concession, Deviation Permit, Technical Assurance Document (TAD) and Definition Alteration Request (DAR).</li><li>Ensure the safety of our products and of our people.</li><li>Determine and drive non-conformance delivery milestones, including the \’Top 90\’ priority targets plus the 10% backlog reduction.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement through the \’improvement workstreams\’ to maximise the effectiveness of non-conformance delivery.</li><li>Manage the off-load of non-conformance workload to the Fully Managed Service provider, looking at opportunities to improve the effectiveness of non-conformance output.</li><li>Serve as the prime customer and programme technical interface for NCAs and DARs</li><li>Maintain and present metrics and business performance to the Engineering and Programme leadership teams</li><li>Ensure compliance with the company\’s processes and policies, as well as any external requirements</li><li>Manage the resource and budget and engage, as required, in the regular planning cycles, as well as the appropriate prioritisation mechanisms.</li><li>Maintain and develop the competencies within the team, and support the professional development and succession planning of this critical team.</li><li>Ensure appropriate the team\’s resources are deployed, directed and co-ordinated</li></ul><br><b>Who we\’re looking for:</b><br><br>At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
