Since 1999, we have built a reputation as one of the UK’s leading independent suppliers of critical power solutions. Our vision is simple: to be the first and only partner of choice for securing power nationwide, achieved through unwavering commitment to customer care, service, and safety. As our business continues to expand, so does the demand on our service desk. This role is not for the faint-hearted, but if you are organised, proactive, and genuinely care about getting things done right, you will be a valued part of a team that makes a real difference.
The Role: As one of our Service Coordinators, you will be the operational heartbeat of our service team. You will manage a busy portfolio of clients, coordinate engineers across the UK, and keep everything running smoothly, even when the unexpected hits.

- Handling high volumes of calls, emails, and scheduling requests with professionalism and pace
- Forecasting engineer requirements and managing service contracts with precision
- Spotting and seizing sales opportunities, from renewals to remedial works
- Producing accurate reports and keeping our CRM up to date
- Supporting the wider service team with documentation, parts ordering, and admin tasks
- Ensuring engineers have everything they need, from job details to access instructions
About You: This role won't suit someone who shies away from pressure or prefers to work in isolation. We're looking for someone who's:
- Experienced in administration and account management in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Confident communicating with engineers, clients, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing
- Exceptionally organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to ask questions or challenge inefficiencies
- Comfortable using CRM systems and juggling multiple tasks at once
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Why Join P&I? We understand the value of our team, and we’re committed to offering:
- Competitive salary and benefits that recognise your skills and experience
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
- A supportive and collaborative environment where you can thrive.
- Opportunities to make a tangible impact on our customer satisfaction and business success.
If you're looking to take the next step in your career and become the voice of our commitment to customer care, we want to hear from you.
