Full time Permanent Generator Service Engineer – Join a Leading Name in Critical Power. At P&I, we deliver critical power solutions and peace of mind. Since 1999, we’ve grown into one of the UK’s leading independent suppliers of generators and UPS systems.

The Role: As a Generator Service Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ critical power needs are met by servicing, maintaining and supporting critical power equipment at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, test, and repair generators, UPS, and related systems.
  • Conduct inspections, site surveys, and load bank testing.
  • Support installations and commissioning of critical power equipment.
  • Plan and supervise on-site work, always prioritising safety.
  • Provide technical support and complete accurate service reports.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on industry experience of servicing, maintaining and fault diagnostics on generators and other critical power equipment.
  • Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or similar).
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves.
  • Full UK driving license.

Compensation: £36K to £42K with OTE £50K.
