Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the restaurant.
- Present the beverage and dessert menu, make recommendations, and take accurate orders.
- Prepare and serve beverages (juices, smoothies) and desserts (ice cream) promptly and courteously.
- Maintain presentation and quality standards for all items served.
- Clear and reset tables after guests have finished dining.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and polite manner.
- Process bills and handle payments accurately at the counter.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the beverage and dessert station.
- Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Collect guest feedback and report to management to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the Director or Chef.
Requirements:
