- Comfortable with AI/ML product development â from prompt iteration and feature evaluation to monitoring metrics like accuracy, reliability, and latency.
- Experienced in integrating AI and automation thoughtfully into UX, focusing on real user outcomes rather than standalone features.
- Understanding of agentic AI systems â how autonomous, contextâaware agents can assist users across creation, editing, and workflow execution.
- Skilled in rapid iteration and discovery â using prototypes, AIâassisted tools, and live experiments to validate direction early.
- Strong communicator who can simplify complexity, frame tradeâoffs, and align crossâfunctional teams.
- Pragmatic and adaptive â able to balance experimentation with clear prioritization and delivery discipline.
- Comfortable partnering with deeply technical teams to define APIs, integrations, and data models that scale.
- Direct experience building and shipping AI/MLâpowered product features (e.g., LLMâbased assistants, smart recommendations, automation, or generative UX).
- Handsâon familiarity with vibe design / vibe prototyping workflows â using AI tools to rapidly prototype, test, and refine product experiences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C or B2B SaaS product management, ideally with exposure to collaboration or productivity platforms.
- Shape how professionals create, collaborate, and close deals â reimagining the document experience at the heart of modern business.
- Work at the intersection of UX, AI, and platform innovation â in one of PandaDoc's most strategic product areas.
- Collaborate with a distributed, ambitious product organization that values autonomy, rigor, and deep product craft.
- Drive crossâfunctional initiatives that influence PandaDoc's strategic direction and set new standards for product excellence.
