About Panda 🐼
Panda is a specialist recruitment partner to fast-growing tech startups and scale-ups across Europe and North America. We support founders and hiring leaders to build high-performing engineering, product, data, and technical leadership teams. We operate as true headhunters. No job ads, no CV farming, no volume churn. Our work is research-led and consultative, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and quality of delivery.
Demand for our services is growing fast and we are now hiring an experienced Tech Recruiter to join our delivery team.
The role
This is a 100% candidate-focused role. You will spend your time mapping markets, identifying and engaging hard-to-reach candidates, managing end-to-end candidate processes, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior engineers and leaders. There is no business development, no sales targets, and no client pitching. Clients are already won. Your focus is building exceptional candidate pipelines and delivering hires.
Good to know
- Fully remote, anywhere in the UK or Europe
- Research-led, headhunting-first environment (no advertising)
- Competitive base salary plus commission on successful hires from your own pipeline
- Supportive, high-trust culture with accessible leadership
- Room to grow as Panda scales
What we’re looking for
You will likely be a strong fit if you:
- Have solid experience recruiting in candidate-short, highly specialised markets (ideally software engineering, product, data, or technical leadership)
- Are confident with active sourcing as your primary delivery method, not inbound applications
- Can build credibility quickly with senior, in-demand candidates
- Communicate with clarity, and confidence
- Are comfortable working fully remotely and managing your own time and output
