About the Role
We are currently seeking a Telesales & Retention Agent to join our growing team. This is a dual-skill role, responsible for both inbound and outbound sales as well as customer loyalty and retention. You will play a key role in attracting new business, converting inbound leads, and proactively engaging with existing or previous customers to retain their business. This position requires strong outbound telesales experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet sales and retention KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally and effectively.
- Proactively engage with new prospects and former customers to drive conversions and win-back campaigns.
- Support customer retention efforts by identifying at-risk customers and offering tailored solutions to retain business.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for sales and customer retention.
- Utilize MS Office tools to manage customer data, sales leads, and generate accurate reports.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve common goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to better serve customer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in telesales or retention roles.
- Proven success in cold calling, customer win-backs, and inbound sales conversion.
- Strong retention skills, with the ability to diffuse customer concerns and reinforce value propositions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to commute to Slane, Co. Meath, and willingness to relocate to North Dublin if required within the next year.
