  • University degree or relevant experience in a talent acquisition environment
  • 3+ yearsโ€™ recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Strong professional experience of talent sourcing in a candidate-short and highly-specialised market (preferably, but not necessarily, in tech)
  • Sensitive communicator with a confident and clear communication style
  • You must be comfortable working 100% remotely
