- 3+ years’ recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong professional experience of talent sourcing in a candidate-short and highly-specialised market (preferably, but not necessarily, in tech)
- Sensitive communicator with a confident and clear communication style
- You must be comfortable working 100% remotely
