● University degree or relevant experience in a talent acquisition environment

● 3+ years’ recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience

● Strong professional experience of talent sourcing in a candidate-short and highly-specialised market (preferably, but not necessarily, in tech)

● Sensitive communicator with a confident and clear communication style

● You must be comfortable working 100% remotely
