We are looking for an experienced Property Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customers across the property sector. You will take commercial ownership of your accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers while improving customer retention, revenue and margin. The role combines strategic account management with business development, identifying opportunities to expand services and secure sustainable, long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of property-sector accounts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and profitability.
  • Create and deliver strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, margin improvement and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead contract renewals, pricing reviews and commercial negotiations.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and increase revenue across existing accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, managing service requirements, issues and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure services are delivered effectively and customer expectations are met.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market intelligence and engagement across the property sector.
  • Monitor customer requirements, market developments and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate account, opportunity and pipeline information within the CRM system.
  • Analyse revenue, margin, retention and account-performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Produce regular account reviews, forecasts and commercial performance reports.
  • Ensure all activity complies with relevant company, environmental and industry standards.
  • Support improvements that strengthen customer experience and commercial performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, commercial management or business development within a B2B environment.
  • A strong track record of improving customer retention, revenue and margin.
  • Experience managing pricing reviews, contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance customer requirements with profitable outcomes.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience developing strategic account plans and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer and commercial performance data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using a CRM system to manage customer activity and sales opportunities.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage your own workload while working collaboratively across teams.
  • A full, clean driving licence.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within waste management, environmental services, property management or another related service industry.
  • Knowledge of the commercial or residential property-management sector.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-site customer accounts.
