Drive how people, systems, and processes evolve across the business. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workday Business Analyst & Change Lead to bring together functional expertise, business analysis, and change leadership across the Workday HCM and Financials landscape. Reporting to the Head of In Life Change for Finance, Supplier and Colleague Journeys, this role is central to ensuring business processes are well designed, change lands effectively, and Workday delivers real value to the organisation.

You’ll work across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to translate business needs into practical solutions, improve user experience, and drive adoption of change at scale. This role suits someone who can combine sharp analysis with confident leadership, ensuring transformation doesn’t just get delivered — it sticks.

What you’ll be doing (and why it matters)

  • You’ll sit at the heart of how Workday evolves across the business — shaping processes, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring change delivers real outcomes.
  • Turn business needs into solutions: Act as the bridge between business teams and Workday — capturing requirements, mapping processes, and shaping how the system supports real-world operations.
  • Challenge and improve how things work: Analyse current processes and configurations to identify smarter, more efficient ways of working across HCM and Financials.
  • Lead change, not just support it: Own the change approach for Workday initiatives — ensuring people understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how to adopt it.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders: Work with senior leaders and operational teams to align on priorities, drive decisions, and embed new ways of working.
  • Make adoption happen: Run workshops, demos, and user sessions that bring change to life — removing friction and building confidence across the business.
  • Enable and support users: Create clear, practical training and guidance that helps people get the most out of Workday day-to-day.
  • Keep improving: Use insights, feedback, and system updates to continuously refine processes and drive better outcomes over time.

What makes this role different:

  • You’re not just gathering requirements — you’re shaping how the business operates.
  • You’ll own both analysis and change, ensuring ideas turn into real adoption.
  • You’ll work across HR, Finance, IT and Operations, giving you full visibility and impact.
  • You’ll play a key role in ongoing transformation, not one-off projects.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials.
  • A background in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Proven experience delivering organisational change, ideally within systems or ERP environments.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive progress independently.

Bonus if you have: exposure to Workday configuration, certifications, or experience in large-scale transformation environments.

What success looks like:

  • Workday changes land smoothly and are actually adopted.
  • Processes become simpler, faster, and more effective.
  • Users feel confident and supported, not frustrated.
  • Manual work reduces and data quality improves.
  • The business sees real value from system investment.

Why join us: We’re building a more connected, efficient, and scalable organisation, and Workday is central to that journey. This role gives you the opportunity to shape how change is delivered, influence how teams operate, and make a visible impact across the business.
