We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workday Business Analyst & Change Lead to bring together functional expertise, business analysis, and change leadership across the Workday HCM and Financials landscape. Reporting to the Head of In Life Change for Finance, Supplier and Colleague Journeys, this role is central to ensuring business processes are well designed, change lands effectively, and Workday delivers real value to the organisation.
You’ll work across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to translate business needs into practical solutions, improve user experience, and drive adoption of change at scale. This role suits someone who can combine sharp analysis with confident leadership, ensuring transformation doesn’t just get delivered — it sticks.
What you’ll be doing (and why it matters)
- You’ll sit at the heart of how Workday evolves across the business — shaping processes, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring change delivers real outcomes.
