Panda Jobb is hiring for large-scale fish processing warehouses across the UK. Positions are available for men, women, and married couples. The role offers fully legal work visa, residence permit, accommodation, and meals in the UK.

Positions Available

  • Warehouse Operative – Control and supervise product movement on conveyors.
  • Product Packer – Fish, shrimp, caviar, crab. Packing products according to high-quality standards.
  • Caviar Filler – Accurate measuring and packing of caviar.
  • Labeling & Marking Specialist – Applying product labels and information with precision.
  • Quality Control Inspector – Monitoring product quality and identifying defects.
  • Maintenance Technician – Maintaining and repairing equipment regularly.
  • General Process Assistants – Helping across various warehouse departments packing, sorting, moving.

Candidate Requirements

  • Age 19 to 55 years.
  • No prior experience required; full training provided.
  • No language skills needed; Russian-speaking supervisors on site. Basic English is a plus.
  • Good physical condition, attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
  • Valid international passport required.

Working Conditions

  • Work schedule: 56 days a week, 8–10 hours per day.
  • 12-month contract with extension opportunity.
  • Work visa and UK residence permit arranged.
  • Free housing provided (shared apartments, 24 people, internet & utilities included).
  • 2 meals per day at the warehouse (lunch & dinner).
  • Medical insurance & full benefits package.
  • Airfare covered – deducted in small parts from salary.
  • Full support at every step: visa documentation, pre-departure guidance, airport meet & greet, onboarding.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £15–17 per hour net; £300–500 per month.
  • Payments made to bank account twice a month, always on time.
  • Stable salary with overtime bonuses.
  • All employees officially registered with the UK tax system.
