  • Completing service, inspection and repair documentation accurately
  • Providing photographic evidence and clear records to support completed work
  • Liaising with the Operations Manager and technical support teams to resolve engineering issues
  • Taking ownership of customer equipment issues and helping minimise downtime
  • Supporting customers with basic machine operator training
  • Helping customers understand safe operating procedures and technical requirements
  • Planning your daily workload to maximise customer service and reduce unnecessary travel
  • Working safely at all times and following customer site rules and safety requirements

  • Good communication skills and a professional approach with customers
  • Strong attention to detail when completing service records and reports
  • Experience working on waste handling equipment, compactors, balers or similar machinery would be ideal, but we’re also open to people from associated industries with transferable engineering skills.
