What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operating HGV Class 2 skip and RoRo vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Delivering, exchanging and collecting containers across customer sites
  • Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects promptly
  • Using handheld or tablet-based systems to complete job and vehicle records
  • Working safely at all times and following site, transport and road regulations
  • Providing a professional and helpful service to customers on site
  • Supporting the wider transport and depot team as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
  • Previous experience driving skip, RoRo, hookloader or similar vehicles is preferred
  • Good understanding of driver compliance, vehicle safety and daily defect checks
  • A reliable, professional approach with strong safety standards
  • Good communication skills and a practical, customer‑focused attitude
  • Flexibility to support operational needs, including varied shifts where required
