We’re looking for a Supporter Care Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated Supporter Care team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves helping people and takes pride in delivering warm, professional support – a fantastic way to make a real difference.

In this role you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for supporter enquiries, delivering timely responses by phone and email.
  • Process donations accurately and promptly – ensuring supporters feel valued and appreciated – while maintaining up‑to‑date supporter records.
  • Support excellent supporter journeys that strengthen relationships and help develop the connection between our supporters and the work of the charity.

About You You'll bring:

  • Experience in customer‑facing or supporter‑focused roles, with the confidence to handle enquiries warmly and professionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt your tone to suit different supporters and situations.
  • An organised and collaborative approach, comfortable managing multiple tasks while working effectively with colleagues across teams.
  • A positive, solutions‑focused team player, committed to delivering great supporter experiences and maintaining accurate, high‑quality data.
