We’re seeking an Events Manager (Third-Party Events) to join our dynamic, high‑achieving Events team to cover maternity leave. The role begins mid‑August 2026 and lasts for 13 months.

In this role you will manage a team of four and deliver a portfolio of third‑party events, including the London Marathon Double, Great North Run, London Landmarks Half Marathon and Hackney Half. You will lead the team to optimise omni‑channel stewardship journeys, shape effective marketing strategies and maximise opportunities to boost engagement, recruitment and retention.

What the role involves:

  • Lead a team to meet income targets through delivery of event portfolio areas.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, multi‑channel campaigns, and supporter journeys for event participants.
  • Oversee budgets for your area, tracking and reporting on performance.

About You:

You’ll be passionate about event fundraising and excited to join a team that achieves excellent results. You’ll also have:

  • Experience managing a portfolio of events, including marketing, recruitment and stewardship.
  • Proven ability in managing and reporting on budgets.

Benefits:

£42,029 per year inclusive of London weighting plus benefits; 35 hours per week; competitive salaries, pension, season ticket loan, Cycle to Work scheme and Employee Assistance Programme.
