Employment: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract
The role involves managing a team of four and delivering a portfolio of third-party events, including the London Marathon Double, Great North Run, London Landmarks Half Marathon and Hackney Half. You will lead the team to optimise omni-channel stewardship journeys, shape effective marketing strategies and maximise opportunities to boost engagement, recruitment and retention.
What the role involves:
- Lead a team to meet income targets through delivery of event portfolio areas.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, multi-channel campaigns, and supporter journeys for event participants.
- Oversee budgets for your area, tracking and reporting on performance.
About You:
You’ll be passionate about event fundraising and excited to join a team that achieves excellent results. You’ll also have:
- Experience managing a portfolio of events, including marketing, recruitment and stewardship.
- Proven ability in managing and reporting on budgets.
