We’re seeking an Events and Courses Administrator to join our Support, Research and Influencing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring health professionals across the UK have a better awareness and understanding of pancreatic cancer and the complex supportive care needs of those affected.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administration of virtual educational events and online courses to support delivery and increase awareness of pancreatic cancer.
- Support patient webinars and in‑person events with the Research and Influencing team, focusing on improving diagnosis, treatment and care.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date data within our database by collating, preparing and cleaning event and course data.
About You
- Highly efficient organisational and time‑management skills with a methodical approach.
- Strong data handling with keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage a busy workload.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and an enthusiastic, can‑do attitude.
Compensation & Working Conditions
- Salary: £28,646 per year inclusive of London weighting and benefits.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Location: London office with hybrid working – minimum of 2–3 days in office; role may require more presence depending on needs.
