We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our People team. Working with the Head of People and Culture, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient and values‐driven delivery of HR operations across the organisation. Supported by a HR Adviser and HR Officer, you'll be responsible for the delivery of our pay and reward, recruitment, learning and development, wellbeing, engagement and equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging. You'll also partner with senior managers, supporting them by providing specialist support and advice that enables them to deliver their business plans.

Key Priorities

  • Partner with senior managers to support their business plans.
  • Drive staff engagement and inclusion programmes.
  • Deliver our leadership development programme for senior managers.
  • Support implementation of our new HR system.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver HR operations across pay and reward, recruitment, learning and development, wellbeing, engagement and equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging.
  • Partner with senior managers, providing specialist support and advice that enables them to deliver their business plans.
  • Analyse, evaluate and present organisational and people metrics and determine ways to improve results.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a HR Business Partner, HR Operations Manager or Senior HR Adviser and/or CIPD Level 5/7 qualification.
  • Experience supporting and coaching managers across an organisation to resolve a range of people related issues.
  • Experience managing and developing others.
  • Ability to analyse, evaluate and present organisational and people metrics and determine ways to improve results.

Hybrid‐working

Our London office is a place to connect, collaborate and celebrate. We are currently working hybrid with a minimum of 2‐3 days in the office. This is an office‐based role where you may be required to be in the office more frequently to attend activities and meetings depending on the needs of the role.
