Database Processor Assistant in London

We're seeking a Database Processor Assistant to join our ambitious and collaborative Data Team and help power the work of Pancreatic Cancer UK. If you're passionate about data quality, problem-solving and continuous improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. As our Database Processor Assistant, you'll use your expertise to ensure our data is accurate and accessible, and to enable colleagues across the charity to deliver the best possible experience for our supporters and people affected by pancreatic cancer.

At Pancreatic Cancer UK, data underpins everything we do – from fundraising and campaigning to delivering vital support services. Working as part of our supportive and knowledgeable Data Team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to deliver high-quality data solutions, improve processes and help teams make informed decisions.

In this role, you'll:

• Process and import data from a range of external sources into Raiser's Edge, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with agreed processes.
• Provide day-to-day database support by responding to user queries, maintaining process documentation and helping colleagues make the most of our CRM.
• Champion data quality through regular housekeeping, data cleansing, reconciliations and GDPR-compliant data management.
• Support the coordination of Gift Aid processes, income reconciliations and global data changes to ensure accurate financial and supporter records.

Our London office is a place to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. We are currently working hybrid with a minimum of 2-3 days in the office. This is an office-based role where you may be required to be in the office more frequently to attend activities and meetings depending on the needs of the role.
