Role Description
This is a full-time Junior Chauffeur role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Personal Driver for the CEO (sometimes requires to drive his family)
- Safely transporting company staff in a timely manner (when required)
- Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off schedules in line with company requirements.
- Assisting CEO/staff with the loading and offloading.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and courtesy at all times.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
- Promptly inform the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
- Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or traffic violations.
- Ensure vehicles are kept clean, well-maintained, and in roadworthy condition.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Ensure vehicle insurance, registration, and service schedules are up to date.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and fuel usage records.
Qualifications
- Valid UK Drivers License
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clients
- Knowledge of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with the London Area and nearby routes is preferred
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Working Hours
Monday to Friday - 8AM to 8PM
Saturday - Half day (This can also be flexible depending on non-busy days)
