Key Responsibilities of a Customer Advisor – Customer Service Excellence Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online channels. Support customers in navigating product information and making informed decisions. Process sales orders. Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer needs. Provide ad-hoc support to the wider team. Essential Customer Advisor Skills And Experience Prior experience with customer service and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
